The review chain it follows
Every bundle moves through the same sequence of notifications, reviews and site steps, each with an agreed duration. The tracker holds those durations, so a delay shows up as days over standard instead of a feeling that something is late.

What it does
- All bundles in one list, filterable by status, zone and report type (HLGA or site observation).
- Bulk update from Excel. Drop the latest status file and every bundle updates at once.
- Single-bundle update with a new status, a decision owner and a note.
- Email parsing. Paste the text of an email and the app proposes the bundle changes; the user confirms them.
- Follow-up view by month and notification date, with counts of late, rejected and signed bundles.
- Rejected bundles and bundle notes kept in their own views.
- Reports. Status distribution, completion rate, work by zone and a printable status report.
- Acceptance minutes and documents tracked alongside each bundle, with Excel export of everything.
